1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh, including major cities, districts, and selected rural areas.

1.2 Delivery Timeline

  • Dhaka Metro: 1 – 3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2 – 7 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, seller location, and external conditions (e.g., weather, strikes, public holidays).

1.3 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges may vary based on location, weight, or product type.

  • Charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

  • Some promotional offers may include free delivery.

1.4 Delivery Attempt

  • Our delivery team will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If the recipient is unreachable or address is incorrect, the order may be returned to the seller.

1.5 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected locations and products.

  • Customers are advised to pay the exact amount during delivery.


2. Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s a problem, you may request a return or replacement according to the terms below:

2.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if the product meets the following conditions:

  • Received damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Includes all original tags, accessories, and documentation

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless received defective:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics)

  • Software, downloads, and digital products

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” in the listing

2.3 Return Process

  1. Log in to your Zexpress24 account

  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item

  3. Click on “Request Return” and state the reason

  4. Our support team will verify and guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process

2.4 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate the refund.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method or wallet within 7–14 working days.

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer.


3. Exchange Policy

  • If a product is eligible for exchange, the replacement will be arranged after return approval.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.

  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
