We deliver to all major cities, towns, and selected rural areas across Bangladesh. Some remote areas may have limited service; in such cases, our customer support team will contact you for alternatives.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available for certain products or promotional campaigns.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


5. Order Tracking

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

We will make up to 2 delivery attempts. After that, the order may be returned to the seller or cancelled.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
